the dvd-RW is will be returned to me by 2nd day UPS air, which other company can do RMA return with 2nd Day UPS air for free? Seriously?

they sure do, when I was working at my old job, two samsung monitors I rma. I can't remember the full details, I think samsung didn't make the two monitors I rma anymore or had them in stock.. so they upgraded them to bigger and better LCD's that were in stock.
