Sounds like a good use for NFC technology. The mower can sense when it is about to run over your phone and activates a kill switch.

How does one leave their $600 phone laying in the grass while mowing the lawn?

I had it in my short's pocket. I think it fell out while i was trying to get something out of my eye. it was burning pretty bad and i was moving a lot.

i continued mowing and heard a "brrrt" and seen black stuff behind me..then noticed i didn't have my phone....

On Verizon? Probably Thanksgiving.

With the bootloader hacked, might as well get the S4... though another S3 would certainly be cheaper.

yeah just read that with verizon to not expect the Note 3 until thanksgiving. ugh

not to mention i cna't find the battery to my old phone. so my plan may fall apart! D:
