... S4 owners get all giddy about this but you have to realize this isn't official and you have to wait on your carrier to bloat the shit out of this next android version before you even get it. Get happy all you want, if you don't root you won't get this for quite a while.

While I was under the impression that the manufacturer not Google was responsible for updates I thought that the carriers had no input at all.
