Samsung CFG73 27 or AOC C24G1 for a gaming monitor ?

I'm looking at the above mentioned monitors as my main gaming monitor for my new rig im building.
Ill be rocking a rtx 2070s. So out of these two, which is a better option ? The CFG73 27 or the C24G1

2 things to consider

• AOC is brand new where the Samsung is used.
• AOC is like 32 USDs cheaper.

The Samsung is 27", while the AOC is only 24". Of course the CFG73 will cost more. When you say the Samsung is used, do you mean refurbished?
If you mean refurbished, then I would get it. If it's used, I would pass on it unless you can check it out first.

Its not a refurbished model. Its used.
I'm very very confused with the monitor to chose. I have up to 260 USD for a monitor...cant decide really

Well, yea i can...but i don't know exactly what should i be looking for in used monitor. Dead pixels only ? Signs of wear ? Scratches ? I dunno
And i can't buy from anything other than Amazon or Newegg as any other site wont ship to where i live.

I came across another used monitor which looks a solid option too. A used Zowie XL2720...is it any good ?

Leaving the used market aside, Is the AOC AG241QX the best 1440p 144hz monitor my $260 budget can buy ? Panel type is not an issue for me as im not a competitive gamer...i dont mind a VA or IPS or a decent TN monitor
