Well I have this monitor and I really love it. I got it through a dell promotion for a total of $186.56 after rebates. You may want to check jumpondeals.com to see if they have any sales, but they may not have any sales for a while. Overall it's a great monitor at a great value. As long as you are not running at really high resolutions, you should be fine with this monitor.
 
great monitor if u can stand to run at 1280*1024; 1600*1200 is useless...(60 hz refresh rate)


great waranty too; my first one had a defect cord after a year they shipped me one w/o any hassle

 
Paid over $400 for mine at compusa because i could not wait for shipping.
I still think it was worth it 10 months later.
