Samsung 955DF Refresh Rates

I recently purchased a Samsung 955df monitor. At Samsungs website, it says the monitor can do 80 hz at 1280x1024 (I know it is not a 4:3 res, 1280x960 is) I am running windows 98SE and when I try to change my refresh 75 is the max it shows. I know in ME and 2000 you can click on a box to use refreshes that the monitor normally can't handle. I just think the 80 is a weird refresh that is not used very often and that is why it isn't an option in 98. Does anyone know how I can set my monitor up so it will run at 80 hz at this resolution? Thanks
