FYI I called to see if maybe I could use teh 10% Preferred Customer discount coupon for this weekend and was told "no." "Computer Accessories" is listed as a valid category, but a monoitor is apparently not considered an "accessory"
BTW For me this deal works out to be $299 + $24 tax - $50 rebate - $83 PM (using techonweb, assuming Amex would even honor it, given there is a rebate and all) = $190. Both rebates are clearly not valid, the $50 one is clearly a special promotion, meant to supersede for this week only the lower amount running for a longer period. they even mail to the same address -- there is no way you'll get both. So as far as I can tell $190 is the absolute best I can do.
