Maybe someone experienced can help here.

I am looking to purchase a SSD and this is driving me crazy. I cant seem to find the answer. Ive been shopping around.

What the redacted is the difference between MZ-75E500B/AM and MZ-75E500E? Are they different? Which is the better one?

Thanks.

"E" variant is the wholesale variant of the drive. It's usually a bit cheaper. It doesn't come with CDs, reading material, etc. "B" variant is the retail version that comes in the full box with all the little accessories like the CD. "AM" is simply the region, in this case, the American market.
