Screw it, I can't stop myself. My Intel 320 128GB is really nice and I love it to death but it's too cramped. The reviews of the 840 PRO are so glowing and a 5 year warranty to boot.. I've got to stop browsing here though.

Since the 128, 256, and the 512 have nearly the same READ/WRITE I would be tempted to get two 128 or two 256 and raid-0 them instead of getting the 512.

The pro is faster, although not by much in some cases. It also has a longer life expectancy because it uses DLC (dual level cell) where the non-Pro uses TLC (triple level cell) memory. Also the Pro has 5 year warranty, the non-Pro 3.
