as always remember to open the package carefully as the sticks will bend due to their extreme low profile. Other then that one problem this is really good ram.

It's still a better deal to buy 2 of these instead of one of the 8gb package deal at $36 (save $2). I'm building a mid level system and 4 of these will work nicely for a few years for me. Thanks OP.

Does it still matter if you have a matched pair or not for dual channel rigs? I always thought you bought them together in kits for a reason, is that not the case anymore?

In my experience no. I have yet to find a set of RAM sticks that didn't work together.

Already had 4 sticks of this RAM running flawlessly at 1866, CAS 9, at stock volts. Seen it hitting 2133 or better with a small voltage boost.

Bought another 4.....hate these deals. Going broke saving money. LOL!

Great deal!

Stupid Question.

I have 3x4 GB in my EVGA 4-Way Classified.

Another 3x4 prolly bringing it to 24gb wouldn't change performance at all huh.

Not unless you are running multiple VM's. Check task manager (or performance monitor) to see how much RAM you currently are using. Most likely you will see no benefit.
