I have shopped at their real store in Silicon Valley. They are nice enough people, but they are very clear in stating that they accept no returns or exchanges--only replacements or refunds if an item is defective during the warranty period. They advertise every Friday in the San Jose Mercury. I have not shopped online with them, so I can't speak for that service.
