I did. The first authorized service center only works Monday-Friday from 9-5. I can't take off several days on short notice to get it fixed. I'm waiting for a phone call from a service center that works on the weekends. I hope is just a board and not the panel. If its the panel Im screwed. Tv has never been dropped or handled rough.
