enjoy! 😉

is it the same set as the akai (samsung clone) that Sams has right now? it sounds about the same. the extra 30 bux might be worth it if it has the PiP

This is the same unit as the Akai TV offered at Sam's Club. It is a rebadged Samsung and ~$30 cheaper. Text

Not to crap on your post, just to let you know there are other options out there. 😉

<< the akai tv looks like crap

Uh...it's the same TV except silver instead of black.

well from reading the thread on the akai... everyone suggests buying the extended warranty for another 20 or so bux... so it about equals out...depends on who you want to repair it if it goes south...i was gonna get the akai...but now I have something else to consider...

you know...i'll prolly take a printout of the akai specs and also the fact that its a clone...see if I can knock some dinero off the price...with the assurance of me buying their warranty package whatever they call it...

<<it's probably just me but the akai has a cheap feel to it.>>

yep, it's just you. 😛

i like the silver akai better than the black samsung. 🙂

I bought the Akai about 3 weeks ago. The only problem I have had with it was the "auto black level adjust" problem. Got that fixed. Works like a champ. So far I am VERY happy with it!
