I have two 2005fpw right now, one is blinking real bad for a couple minutes after I turn it on, this is the replacement for it. 🙂

The shop discover appears to only work for Dell home and this monitor seems to be only sold by Dell business.
 
The Dell branded LCDs are usually LG or Samsung panels anyway, this one just says Samsung instead of Dell. Ordered 4 for work

I can see that, but in either case its still as Samsung monitor sold by Dell (even if it had a Dell badge on it 😉)

Nice monitor for the price. (There's a coupon code for 10% off displayed when you view your cart).

However I'm going to hold out for a 24+" 1920x1200 minimum monitor. The extra screen real estate provided by the pixels is what I'm looking for, and I'd like 2 at that resolution.
 
hea, i got mine from dell, now my question is how do i get the rebate as well?

the only way i know to do it is to go to best buy, buy a 2nd monitor, then photocopy the recite then return it and use that recite for the rebate as it says no dell or www.dell on the rebate. (i hope i dont get in trouble for the last few words i typed 🙂 ) seriously i dont see any real legit way to save the extra 20 dollars without going through the hassle. if there is a way pm me please, you can save me some leg work.
