Samsung 23 inch CPVA or Dell G2410 TN

I need a new monitor. And I think I've narrowed it down to two.

1. Samsung 23 inch CPVA
2. Dell G2410 24 inch TN

Both are 1920x1080. Now I'm assuming the Samsung will have better view angles and colors than the Dell. But I play FPS and I've heard that the Samsung is really bad with games and screen tearing and ghosting. Now I use Vysnc with games so would that make the samsung a better choice over the DELL? I know the Dell would be good at games and so so with colors and view angles. The Dell is $270 and the Samsung is $320 so not a big difference their. Just not sure which one to get....need some advice from the experts here

Really? The reviews I saw said it sucked for games. And well my main requirement is good gaming monitor. But then again I use vysnc
