Linked. I've just verified this bargain - this is warm IMO. The 950p was the monitor to have (Max 1920 x 1440 / 64Hz) which I got a while back from Staples for $187 shipped (thanks to this forum!). It is now discontinued.

One thing I noticed about my Samsung monitor was that the glue they use to lock the internal adjusters didn't do it's job. After moving house I had to refocus mine and lock the adjusters properly. I could see them going out of focus during shipping. If anyone has a monitor that used to be pin sharp and isn't any more I can tell you how to probably correct it.

I've never seen a 950b, but everything I've heard about the 955 suggests it is probably worth it. I've heard nothing but good about it.

I really have seen no reviews of this monitor at all. I searched around quite a bit, and no one seems to have any information on how good this monitor actually is. Unless u really need the $40, I'd shy away from this and get the 955DF

the 950b does not have a flat screen. but the 955df is the best monitor you can get for its price hands down.

another vote for 955DF... its the best monitor i've ever owned. we have the 900IF at work and its pretty nice too. both are "perfectly flat". spend the $40 and get the 955 you cheapos. =)

$193 from gateway after the coupon is the best price i see right now considering it's free shipping and no tax. If the 955 is still around by the end of the month, I will buy it for that price (so it gets charged on my next credit card cycle, avoiding paying interest, damn i am so in debt) as I don't think you can get it for that price w/o rebates or PM anytime soon.

B = business, P = professional, P is discountinued but has better specs than B. Lots of great reviews for P, less so for B. Search google newsgroups.

I have the 950p and I love it! It's awesome. Got it for $185 shipped from Dell about 6 months ago. I also have a 955DF and it is good. I like it, but not as much as the 950p. I don't know much about the 950b. But, that aside, I would recommend the 955df.
