Samsung 181T good choice?

I'm looking for a nice LCD flat panel. I don't play games. Text quality is of primary concern. I'm currently using a Sony Trinitron 19" monitor so I thought a 17" or 18" would be a good size LCD to buy. Price is an important consideration, but quality is of first importance. I like the narrow bezel around the display panel. Is the Samsung 181T the best choice?

I've had my 181T for a few weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it

I have the Samsung 191T. DVDs and games are great on here! UT2003 Demo runs like it does on any CRT. I can't see any lag.

I'm using the DVI output from my GeForce4 Ti4600 and my desktop is as sharp as a razor. I have yet to try the dual input feature and hook up an analog signal...but that day will come.

I'd go for it!
