Samsung usually has very solid quality and meets or exceeds the list memory specs, at least in the reviews I have read.

NewEgg link to smartmedia

The Fed ex saver shippign is 3-5 business days for 6$.

I didn't see this posted anywhere.

Best quality , best deal I have seen.

I have seen lots of compactflash but not cheap smartmedia, though I hear 256mb is due out anytime.

is there some other coupon that could be applied at newegg.com?
i am going to buy the samsung 128mb smartmedia and a 256mb pc133 144pin sodimm ram at newegg.com.
it is really a good site.

thanks.

The price for this is now $23 + $5 super saving shipping, but if you get a large Nvidia Case sticker which costs $5, you get $5 off. Which pretty much translates to a free sticker that's worth $5. Both was $28 shipped. Don't get more than one of these if this is considered a hot deal, because you'll get flamed by the Hot Deal nazis.

anyone know if these Samsung smartmedia card any good since the price it pretty good but i never saw these smartmedia card from samsung before so i'm not sure if they are any good

Samsung is a major manufactor of flash memory. Lots of other (CF, SM) cards you see with other companies names are really made by Samsung.

I bought a 128M Samsung SM from NewEgg back last fall. It works great in my Olympus camera. I've never had a problem with it. It's OEM (which means it came in a zip lock bag). At $28 shipped, this is a great card to get. There is no reason to get anything more expensive!

As for specs, note that for SmartMedia there isn't an issue of read/write speeds; you get whatever your device can do. The form of the card just exposes the flash chip to the external package. This is why different when SM went from 64M to 128M many devices needed firmware updates. This is also why you will never see a SM device larger than 128M.
