Samba PDC Puts desktop.ini files all over clients

I've got samba running a domain and every time I add a client to the domain, reboot, and login the start menu is covered with desktop.ini files. If I delete them they don't come back, so it's not a big deal, but definitely quite strange. The contents of the files is:

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

What the heck does that mean and how do I make them stop? They're freaking me out. :Q
