Yeah, I pack my rod and reel every time I go to Costco.
lol nice :)

Tilapia & bass have more of a taste than dry salmon.

What you are looking for could be Coconut Tilapia or my favorite Pan Fried Tilapia in Tomato Sauce.

i've never tried tilapia. it's advertised year round in the grocery ads at dirt cheap prices, I figure it must be the carp of the sea

I work at red lobster and that is way off. My first seller is Salmon NO, after that Tilapia. They throw the rest in elsewhere.

For the record, I love rainbow trout.

If you're not strapped for cash or being treated to a nice meal... order Salmon

If you're a poor college student (or financially equivalent)... pick up some Tilapia from your local seafood market.

Both good. One is just more reasonable than the other.

Cabezon rules all. Local ocean fish caught in shallow waters here in California.
I also catch wild Salmon, Rock cod, Lingcod, Striped Bass and Halibut regularly every season but Cabezon rules all of em in my opinion.
Tilapia aint that great taste wise.

I love mahi mahi. I once had it grilled with a spicy pineapple mango salsa... I thought I died and went to dolphin heaven :)

I like grouper... but not to eat. Go snorkling or scuba diving and grouper are some of the friendliest fish. They just kinda hang out and let you come up to them or they come up to you and check you out. Sometimes yuo can even pet them. They grow pretty big, I have seen a few diving that were about 3 feet with a head bigger then mine.
