I've always had good luck asking the workers at the restaurant how to make the sauces.Originally posted by: Lyfer
Side note, I recently had a whole fried tilapia in a sweet thai suace at a local thai joint, it was OUT OF THIS WOLRD (well the sauce was). DOes anyone know the recipe for the sauce? I can't seem to find it on google other running into menus from other thai places.
Never.FIXED.

TILAPIA
I bought an 8 pack of filets for $5 at a local grocery store, this stuff is HECKA CHEAP compared to salmon. Very neautral flavor which is perfect for marinades and sauces.
