a little olive oil or italian. I love the people who think they are 'eating healthy,' but they drench the salad in French dressing.

Spinach salad with lots of black/green olives, some shredded parmesan/asiago, with some olive oil on it = the best.

I know a few people that eat salads just BECAUSE they want to eat healthier, and then put like 8 spoonfulls of ranch on it. Amazing.

(if you do this because you like salads, then that's different.)

I usually have my salad without dressing.

Anyone else?

Yes, I like my salad like my woman, undressed!

Seriously, I hate those tarty dressings. I don't understand those folks who eat iceberg lettuce with a goop of cottage cheese--not much nutrition in iceberg lettuce. What's the point of eating vegetables if they are not nutritious?
