Saitek PZ30AU Eclipse Illuminated Keyboard, $30, FS

Wow the original gaming keyboard.. I'm still surprised they come out with these. And for $30 it's a steal (they've been at $50 for how many years).

Horrible keyboard. Mine faded in a year. Backlight is crap, can hardly see anything unless you're right above the keyboard. Cheap feeling. At regular price it's not even a competitor for Razer Lycosa or Logitech Illuminated (i have both, amazing quality, backlight is great, etc., etc.), but at $30 it's a decent KB. To me, it's in the class of cheap keyboards, might as well go with $15 Logitech or something, unless you really want the useless glow light (that's exactly what it does, makes the kb glow, absolutely useless otherwise).

I somehow break the space bar on every one of these I owned, its too bad too cause I like the rest of the keyboard, got tired of shipping them back on the 2 yr warranty and use a logitech G15 now and dont have any space bar problems. Lots of people love these but I must just hit the space bar wrong, possibly my big hands.

I own one as well, it's a great and solid keyboard. The lighting is just a tad dim (still gets the job done) and the paint on my "S" key is wearing off, thus leaving a giant illuminated blob on that key... other then that I have had no problems with this keyboard.
