I'm actually on my second of these in close to three years. Aside from the fact that they get sort of "clacky" as they age, they work extremely well with everything, from games to writing documents/essays to changing BIOS settings. This a great deal on them, too, so long as the shipping doesn't spoil it. I haven't any experience with Buy.com.

I'll bite. I've had my Microsoft keyboard for a while now. For $20 it's a steal. Has it ever been this cheap??? I hope the keys give good feed back. I don't like soft keys.
 
Well I ordered about 10 minutes before posting this here yesterday. They shipped it out this morning via Fedex. Tracking # projects delivery on the 13th so all in all I'm very impressed with free shipping at this speed. I have ordered from them in the past so that may factor in. Reminds me of how fast Newegg used to be before they started using DHL. *gag*

ericlp: I agree. Red is used by the military specifically because it doesn't impact your night vision like other wavelengths. I'm hoping this keyboard will completely negate eye strain while gaming in the dark.

evilsaint: I've been pretty impressed with buy.com in the past. Their free shipping was sometimes slow. But they got it out next day on this order so all I can say is... Excellent.

zerocool84: Some of the reviews say they are moderate to soft keys so lets hope it works out for you.
 
I decided to go ahead and get one. My keys on my Logitech wireless keyboard feel brittle. 🙁 I hope the keys on this keyboard are soft but not mushy.
 
I just got it in today. I ordered it yesterday lol. I used the free shipping. Gatta love living near everything. The keys are very soft. Not much to my liking but which means they are a lot quieter. The red looks great. 3 levels of it. It's a good looking keyboard. I hope the paint on the keys lasts a while. The keys have a textured paint on them which i think is good so no finger slipping. Feels better than my Microsoft keyboard cus after playing for a while, my fingers can get sweaty. It also doesn't have the crappy F-lock that my Microsoft keyboard had. Awesome for $20 :thumbsup:

The blue light version is much better. I can easily disassemble it and literally scrub the panel with buttons with soap under hot running water. I've done this several time over the years already and every time I get a new keyboard all over again.

NOT the case with the red light keyboard. Many people are complaining that the paint comes off after extended use. 🙁 Probably still a good keyboard if you don't intend to use it for a while or wash it. 😉
