I saw some recent photos from our safety consultant that he took investigating an accident.
Guy was unloading a new dozer off a semi and they did not install the roll cage. As he backed off the trailer the dozer flipped over backwards and the rear of the machine literaly cut off half the guys head.
Pretty nasty stuff can happen.
