Sure. I assume the Woofer doesn't shake like Northridge. And I doubt that the magnetic field of the speaker will corrupt the data flow, since most cables are magnetically shielded these days.

hrm northridge...the earthquake in california if iam not mistaken...my woofer is puny...i just put my router on my case...

Try sit on the sub all day long and play some hip-hop music, if you can still feel your backside then by all means put the router on it.

Vibration/shaking has its uses, but not for any electronics.
