safe voltage boost?

g'day, I'm just curious as what vcore and vdimm boost is safe for daily use.

Currently I'm required to give my CPU a 0.05V Vcore boost to keep it stable running 3.7 and the ram running @ close to 200mhz @ 5:4 ratio doesn't require a Vdimm increase as it's rated @ 217mhz. Would a small increase like this be safe for day to day use?

Also if I were to increase the ram voltage, would that assist keeping the system stable with the Vcore boost?

well assuming its a p4 judging by the mhz you'll proubly be safe with another .1V currently i'm running my cchip at 1.9V which is about .25 over spec a little high but runs fine for me
