Safe vcore for s939 3000+

Hi,

what is the safe vcore i can apply to the 939 3000+? I've heard that whatever is witin the 15% margin it's safe, so therotetically i could apply 1,525v and it would still be safe?
But when i look at the voltage measures in Asus probe i see that the core is overvolted (it gives 1.44 when you set 1.425 in bios) and fluctuating as mad (it can even go to 1.47 when set to 1.425, or go to 1.52 when set to 1.475). The PSU is ok (a reliable 380W Huntkey). The measures in BIOS voltage monitor are also overvolted. Wouldn't the CPU fry if i set e.g. 1,525 in BIOS? The reason is i can't get even 240FSB o/c when using 1,475.. 🙁 220FSB only ;/
