I have Belvedere vodka in the freezer as we speak. Hmmm, might have to have a martini after work today.

vodka's proper home is in a block of ice inside the freezer.

heh if you're a college guy and bought a plastic handle of the cheap grocery store crud, it'll freeze. that stuffs only 40 proof. normal vodka at 80+ wont freeze

I've never seen vodka that is only 40 proof, maybe some watered down citrus girly fruit flavored crap but thats about it and all the vodka we buy is REALLY cheap

i prefer grey goose to belvedere. Belvedere seems so much stronger and not as smooth

I too have bottle of vodka in the freezer. I am not sure what proof it must be to not freeze, but I managed to leave a bottle of watermelon pucker in the freezer overnight, and it didn't even have any ice forming in it when I woke up around noon and remembered about it, and it is only 30 proof. Not my drink of choice, but my girl loves the stuff.
I prefer tequila, or if I am in the right mood, shots of bacardi 151.

yes, but the real question is why?

So you don't taste it? What's the point?

spirits are to be enjoyed/tasted.

Vodka belongs in the bar...not in the freakin' freezer. Ever make a proper martini?
