Safe to paint insides of my computer case?

I just finished wet sanding and painting the outer panels of my computer to a gloss black mirror finish, although it was a bad job, it looks professional when 3 or more feet away. But now I got the insides remaining ugly steel, and I rather paint all of it chrome gold to match my gloss black. Is it okay to use spray paint to paint the steel frame and stuff? Or can it cause massive overheating problems? Thanks.

Painting them will be fine, and won't cause any issues regarding heat, especially as it's steel and not aluminum :D and even if it was wouldn't be an issue.

Yes, painting the insides is perfectly fine. But watch out for screwholes. Put a screw in them before you paint.

be careful of over painting, you may no longer be able to put your side panels back on due to tight tolerances.
