Safe Temp for Thunderbird 900

I was just wondering what a good temp for this (or other TBird) chips to run at is?

Mine never gets past 40 degrees Cel. under full load. Right now it is at 35 Cel. If you could keep it between 40-45 Cel. I would consider that good if you have a decent heatsink and fan. I run a loud Delta 38 CFM to keep mine as cool as it is.
