Safe temp for athalon 1ghz

Put on thermal compound and my temperatue is now : 30C.
WOW big difference.

I have the 1Ghz running at 39 boot, 42 idle mid range, 44-46 crunch time.
Ambient temp is at 25C the Mainboard is at 30C.

I ahve a big fan exhausting air behind the proc and the powersupply exhausting air and 2 big fans, one on top and one on bottom bringing in air.
