I have been reading a lot but I want to run it buy the forum just to make sure im good. So I have my Sb i7-2600k up to 4.6G at 1.38v. So far stability has been ok (im ok as long as no BS during gaming). But with Stress tests it hits ~80c on 1 core. Now im pretty sure I would not hit this during gaming but otherwise would this be ok?

That all sounds reasonable and fine. Volts are a tad on the high-side for stable 4.6GHz OC on a 2600K, but there is a chance your specific processor just needs slightly more Vcc. The Volts themselves are not too high, so don't worry about it unless you really want to optimize the OC for even lower Vcc.

^ What IDC said. Maybe you could tweak LLC and/or disable Speedstep/powersaving to lower the Vcore? I managed to hit 4.6GHz on a 2500K using 1.3V fixed w/o C1E.
