It can. but they will gorge in case they don't get to eat for months.

but the owner was a idiot. you should not feed the snakes live food. to much of a chance of the food hurting the snake. rabbits are very strong. they have enough power ot do a lot of damage to the snake. also its more human to feed pre-killed.

Why people get upset over it is silly. it happens daily in the wild etc.

The video is disturbing, but I've seen snakes fed this way before at zoos and even at a summer camp. Instead of bunnies, they fed them rats, mice, and hamsters, so no big deal. The glorification of this is somewhat sad.

It took that first rabbit quite a while to die. I thought the venom would have acted faster.

the person in the video is retarded.

second they are domesticated rabbits. what type of rabbit goes up to sniff the snake? they barely move around. Also it wasn't actually fair because they floor was slippery. the 2nd rabbit would have gotten away but it couldn't leap on the hardwood floor as well as say dirt. Retarded. The video of the bunny fighitng the rabbit's a better example though not to say it isn't rare. Wasn't much fun because it was so one sided.

reminds me of the centipede eating mice.

I was pretty ok with the video up until the guy at the end. Animals got to eat, but that guy was a douche.

It's not nature to have two domestic short hairs, lured to stay in place with food, locked in a room with a snake. I don't get where you people are calling it nature.

It's nature when it happens by circumstance, not by design.

I was at the Hilo zoo last week, they have a white bengal tiger there. It was a typical big cat, pacing while waiting for the daily meal. That bums me out to see a wild animal like that.
The guy came to feed him, and we talked to him a while. He had been there the whole time they had the cat. He had about an acre to roam in, and the peacocks and jungle fowl were in there roaming around. They could come and go as they pleased over the fence.
The cat had been there a few years, and one day instinct took over, and he stalked and killed a peacock!
Now he takes a peacock or jungle hen every month or so. I thought that was cool he could "suppliment" his diet with wild game:D

So I shouldn't have taken "Killer Bite" literally?

i like how people think this is so inhumane and horrible but then go out and eat a big fat steak or something...lol...welcome to the world? sure this might not be nature, but the person certainly isnt hurting anything important and if he gets a little pleasure out of it who cares? as long as he doesnt bring the snake out and let it feed on little babies and other people's pets/property who cares?

difference is we slaughter cows in a relatively humane fashion. and well we gotta live:p we don't freaking strangle the cow alive and eat it. keeping such a snake is totally unnecessary unless you run a zoo or something. its ethically questionable.
