Are you trying to force wistfullness on that? It's got a pretty good tempo to it with a ton of high notes -- really seems to go up-down-up-down-up-down.
I'd say it's primarily hopeful/motivational.

Yeah, this one always gets me. My Dad passed away in December so hearing that really hits me sometimes.
