That picture is why people like Michael Vick should go to jail. Dogs give unconditional love to their "masters," even in death (which the dog probably has no concept of). People who abuse that sicken me.

Well that's not good protection of the crime scene....

Is there really a crime scene if the cops are the one that killed him?

To be honest, I didn't know the story behind it when I posted that.

However, you still want to preserve everything as there is an investigation that follows a police shooting to make sure it was a "clean shoot". Otherwise if there wasn't, itd be anarchy.

You gotta warn about the pics with animals involved ... I don't click on the majority of those links because they're too sad. :(

Sad. I'm not sure a cat would be capable of that kind of caring. Dogs FTW!

Dogs are easier to anthropomorphize than cats, true, but I'm still not sure I'd call it "caring" in the same sense that a human would "care." But I'm a cynic, so...
I'm impressed by your vocabulary. Learned something today.

And, just like was stated in the same thread this was posted about over on OffTopic, you guys ever wonder why you feel sorry for the dog but don't feel sorry for a dead human being?

It's Mexico. I wouldn't trust the mexican authorities, the press, or the government one fucking bit. I bet it was some poor tourist who got kidnapped and couldn't pay to get themselves out of the local jail. If the article comes from Mexico, I don't believe it one bit.

That pic isn't in the US. Most likely no one really cared for the dog.

It is a sad pic tho.

Bah. The dog will be just as chummy with its new owner as it was with its last.

Yeah. Is a sad picture. Too bad for the dog but if the news story is true good riddance to the owner.

Heh ... I uh, am I ... the only one who realized you made this up? Froogle and Google yield nothing for "Fernando Herpesacio Sorezo" ...

Now they're thread-quoting it for argument foundation work ...

NICE!

Unless one is a "cat"person, then the reverse is true.
However, that photo is just plain sad. Regardless of who lays beneath that sheet, I'ld say that dog is worthy of our pity or sympathy.

its just a picture of a dog..

its weird, we care more about cats and dogs and stuff than we do about each other

it reminds me of footage of a dog getting hit with a skateboard, on crazyshit.com

people seemed more outraged by that, than videos of people getting murdered

go figure
