Yes, Fry's prices are regional and they will not, as far as I know, match prices from different regions.

<< ...I wish the So. Cal. fry's had it for the same price, Not pricematching bay-area to so.cal? anyone have experience with this?

I agree with BobF

I went into the San Diego Fry's today in hopes that this deal would be available...it wasn't. I spoke to the manager and he said that they would not match the price of other Fry's stores.

no luck for me on this one...nice deal.

I read in another thread that you can phone the Fry's that originated the offer and mail order it. I don't know how much Fry's charges for shipping something like this or if its too much trouble for the money saved.

I got this deal at $109 a month ago.. good combo.. Is it easy to overclock?.. no but it's possible

I have mine at 1320 (146.65x9).. i think my ps is holding me back.. only a 250W.

makes a great transition into DDR/AMD.. [praying DDR prices go down]

This $99 deal is also good at the Portland (Wilsonville) OR store through Tuesday, 3-26.

Ask for new motherboard (greenish box, not the older yellow background) - rev 3.1 in new box.

They had a shipment of about 8 new K7S5A's on display as of closing Monday night, plus another 6 of the older yellow boxes, all returns.
