Didn't a lot of conroe users say G.Skill has a high chance of incompatibility?...

It seems there are a lot of ddr2 incompatibilities or something with conroe and their motherboards...

I have been told this g.skill I ordered will work with this board, but that ram doesnt come until monday, so is there something I can get to test the setup out fro ma place like compusa, BB, or Microcenter and return it monday?

I guess is the E6400/DS3 compatable with the PC2-5300 line?

EDIT : newegg.com reviews confirm 4 users used the specific g.skill i purchased from them that it works in the GA-965P-DS3 .

If your compusa has the 256X2 mb kit ddr2-4200 ish for $29.99, you can try those...
But from what I know, my friend has a DS3, and bought corsair ddr2-4200's at 1.8v and they didn't work...
So...
Luck of the draw?

looks like I got some centon stuff that works fine.

I booted my brand new system up but I dont know how to install .... it wont boot from CD :S it just gives me a blinking line after ot gets passed bios checks...any ideas?
