My video card has a 7 pin (FEMALE) video out connection & the lcd Tv Im wanting to use is a 4 pin (FEMALE) video in. My question is do they make a cord that has both connectors. One end being 7 pin male and the other being 4 pin male.

yes the one on the video card is not an S-Video, its just an output...my 7800gt came iwth this wire that on the one endf had a male 7 pin specifically for the card and the other has one s-video in, one s-video out, one composite out and a set of comopnent out...this cable should have come with your card unless you got it used and the person never gave it to u

You can plug in a regular svideo cable.
The pins are laid out on the card so that the ones that are required for svideo will line up correctly on the 7 pin connector.
Take a normal svideo cable and inside the plug end there is a rectangle of plastic, just snap that off with needlenose pliers.
Then plug it in the port.

Works on ever card I have tried.
