S-s-scam! Any tips on dealing with chargebacks from Paypal?

Paypal SUCKS and anyone who uses it for SELLING goods is el stupid-o.

Everyone on ebay demands that you accept paypal. What other option is there? Money orders haven't been safe for years.

Make an account that doesn't have anything personal on it, then buy everything in sight for all I care. JUST know that PAYPAL is not your "pal" and the TOS with them allows them to take what they want, when they want.
To be honest, I asked myself that same question, and I've quit eBaying. My life has suffered as a result.

Since you cleared your PayPal balance, the only way you will lose money on this deal is if PayPal collects it from you. After the lawsuit against them, PayPal can no longer debit your bank account or credit card automatically for balances owed, so they will try to collect by sending you e-mails and/or possibly calling you........

HOLD it right ther.... WHAT lawsuit against them are you referring to? and WHEN did it go down and WHERE does it apply?
In CA , in 2004 they did that to me.

The packages just showed up. Everything looks like it's working fine. The packaging was slaughtered, USPS really did a number on it; glad I did a good packaging job inside :Q According the label it was refused by the addressee; USPS's webpage says they couldn't find the address. Hmm, I guess UPS or Fedex IS worth the extra cost
