It's partly obscured, but you can read the word "center" clearly, and figure out it has to say "Gateway" above it.

Can't be that old a pic either, given it's a GLE43 (renaming of different model, but only 2017 and 2018 versions exist for GLE43).

Clearly the person wants everyone to admire their $70k+ car.
