S@H Surprise!

still doesn't work for me on my "unmodified" machines through setispy. The realtime CGI stats have been temporarily moved to another server. So if you first go to berkeleythen manually type in your username or team name, you can check them. For those of you that want a setispy temp fix, follow this linkwhich was graciously provided by our knowledgable Poof.

From Link above:
Use the Windows "Find" function to find the "Hosts" (no extension) file somwhere in the C:\Windows or C:\WinNT folder tree.
2. If the "Hosts" file exists, go to step 5.
3. If the "Hosts" file does not exist, there will be a "Hosts.sam" file somewhere (probably C:/Windows in Win9x/Me and
C:\Winnt\system32\drivers\etc in WinNT).
4. Make a copy of "Hosts.sam" (in the same folder) and (re)name it to "Hosts".
5. Open "Hosts" in your favorite text editor (Notepad will do).
6. Add the following line to the end of the file "Hosts" file (all on one line): 128.32.18.175 setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu #temporary redirect to iosef.ssl.berkeley.edu
7. Save the file and close the editor.
8. Voila! You should now be able to update your stats with SETI Spy.

Worked great for me.

It does seem to be up to date data. I noticed I just crossed the 500 level 🙂 which is about right.

Thanks for the info.

OH I get it!!!!!!

When you posted "(You may want to check the team stats...)"

I simply thought the stats were working normally again, since they have been down for last couple of days. But that wouldn't be a surprise would it, cause we are all expecting that before too long.

Eponymous, are you Grant?

Hello Grant or should we say Eponymous , 🙂

On June 4 we were just over 46,000 WUs behing T@N (then the data blackout). That will bring us to less than 30,000. Whhoooo!

Welcome Grant, so nice to have you with us.

😀

eponymous adjective [before n, not gradable] LITERARY
(esp. of characters in books, plays, etc.) having the same name as the title, or (of titles and names of objects) having the same name as the person who produced them

Alas, Grant = Eponymous

Welcome both of you. 😀
