The race to the Shamrock! Day 32-36

Today's stats

Team................................Today's Units...Diff...4 Day Average
TeAm Firestorm.....................1737..........0...........434
E^5............................................1549.........188.....387
DeNutsRDoinItInStyle...........1356..........381.....339
Seti Bandits.............................1218..........519.....304
Team Aiming for Alien Ass...1062..........675.....265
Captains of Crunch...............723..........1014.....180

Lokkit those numbers! Do't ya love 'em? Team firestorm still holds the lead from E^5, with a good 350 WU's seperating the 2 teams. The race has been extended, so everyone get in your WU's while ya can!

Team................................Total Units...Diff

TeAm Firestorm.....................14409..........0
E^5............................................14056.........353
Seti Bandits.............................13443..........966
DeNutsRDoinItInStyle...........13364..........1045
Captains of Crunch..............12492..........1917
Team Aiming for Alien Ass...11738..........2617

Team firestorm now has a commanding lead, with pretty much only E^5 in place to steal it back. With almost 1000 WU's between first and third, the bandits are going to have trouble closing the gap ( bad grammer, shoot me ) If the race ended when it should have, I believe ( IMHO ) that Firestorm took it. But it has been extended giving the other teams a shot at stealing the victory away!

Pretty much everyone 😀

Sorry these are a bit late, I was almost in an accident this morning; I was stuck directng traffic, and having statements taken 🙂 in the 11 mile trip from work back to my home, there were 7 accidents, with a BMW and a Yota wheels up 🙂 I might as well have been driving out on lake Michigan 🙂

Here is what I drive. I wasn't really worried as whatever hits me looses besides a train 🙂 Look at the street that you can see. Look at that ice 😀

<edit> Warning, the above pic is 446k direct from my camera, and hosted on a computer here that has 67 current downloading threads, so it might be slow going 🙂

When it rains here, I either try to leave for work real early or just go in late and the same on the drive home. Not going to even think of messing with the idiots during crunch hour. 😉

And, as far as the race, thanks for the update, Evadman, even though it looks like Firestorm is outta reach 🙁

But, I guess the MTR is like the Kentucky Derby. Sprinters jump out to the early lead while the long-distance runners jockey about for position and by the time they round turn and head for home, those long-distance horses take over. Wire-to-wire would have been nice for us but the track was just too long 🙂

Let's do a 2-week race next time! 😀

It rained bad enough here that they closed a lot of the schools (Not Fayette County schools, conjur, so no wise cracks).

The road I take to work every day was washed out one one side and had to be closed for emergency repairs...... And people seem to forget how to drive when it rains here........

Thanks for braving the weather and idiot drivers to bring us our daily dose of Stats, Evadman!! 🙂

😀

Saw that...was watching Lexington news this morning and saw all of the schools closings. A woman I work with is from far SE Ky and has other relatives in the area and some are flooded out. 🙁

BTW, I see you all have the first big network HDTV station (WTVQ). I heard they're broadcasting the full ABC schedule. Too bad they're only at 1KW of power. I've only locked on that station twice in the last month and a half. :frown:
