Wow what a day! :Q

With the biggest day's production, the Seti Bandits fire a whopping 541 WUs at Berkeley's front gate, crushes their 3 day losing streak, and in the process end E^5's 3 day winnning streak. It looks like they have finally realised that they'll need to be closer to the front overall to do that super dooper secret sprint finish in the last few days of the race Whoops, sorry guys, should I have said that

In second place again, TeAm Firestorm with 427 WUs, their biggest day as well. This would have been a record breaker if it wasn't for the Bandits putting their toes down.
Dropping off of pole position for the first time in this race in the daily production, to the bronze medal position are E^5, their 3 day winning streak broken by a massive 149 units.
The Captains of Crunch put in an above starting averages performance with 322, but it's only good enough for 4th place in today's standings.
DeNutsRDoinItInStyle and Team Aiming for Alien Ass battle it out for 5th position today, and AAA lost out by just 6 WUs.

There are two overtaking manouvres today in this race, TeAm Firestorm race past the Captains of Crunch into the silver medal position, but are only 17 WUs in front, so don't get too complacent.
The other massive overtaking move today is by the Seti Bandits! :Q
They zoom past AAA and DeNuts for 4th place, gaining two places on where they were yesterday
E^5 are still out in the lead, and have increased their lead from yesterday.

Now all but DeNuts have passed the first 1000 WU milestone, but DeNuts were oh so close, only 8 away from the milestone with 992 in total.

Crazee, did you see that episode of King Of The Hill, where hank had no butt so he needed the saline butt prosthetics? I think that might explain why Ray wants your butts

Help is on the way, A^3! I'm working on development of regenerative shields (saving my state in SETI with tftp). Once they work, I won't have to waste time fighting hostile aliens like the seinorprojectii and the fragfesten. I'm hoping for at least a speed doubling.

For now I'm allied with the fragfesten in order to limit their damage. I've got one WU ready to send whenever they finish...

to be fair, I'm going to have to discount some of my WU's for tomorrow.... as I sorta got things movin' again (translated: I was able to transfer completed results off my 'Q' to different one.)

I'll have to look at the log files to do this. When did the race officially start?
