1060? What happened to our production? We were 1100-1200 until recently. Matrox Users outdid us again. At this pace we'll be a long time before overtaking those two teams ahead of us.

ColinP: Any idea when you'll all be back up to full strength? I'm peaked out myself. I've assimilated just about everything that's got a P233 or better. My fleet is up to 22 and I've got them going 24/7 baring a power outage. It would be great to average 1250-1300 WU/day without new members. New members would then be a bonus.

Another C450 will be added this week. I working on getting a few more computers added to my "array", calling in a couple of favours. I'll be upgrading my C850 to a PIII 800 soon and then building another computer around the C850 (really means a PIII 800 added).

We probably should do a recruiting push in the other forums. SETI has a natural built in advantage over RC5 for school and business assimilation as the scientific benefit is easy to explain. Plus we're not "cracking encryption" which gets some IT folks all worried (for no good reason).

Nearly 1100/day isn't bad considering ColinP's,Darkone & The_Ones current output (Though I noticed The One dumped over 250 WU's the other day ).
At least we're still ahead of Swiss & Mac.
With those new assimilations mentioned by the others when they are back to full output we'll rock again .

Sounds like you just volunteered! ,if you do a search in OT you'll find a recruiting thread I did some months ago ,you could copy that or use it as an example of how not to do it!! .It's called something like 'do you want to search for alien signals?'

While I don't have the 16 cpu SGI any more, I still have an 8 cpu unit. I've been lazy recently and haven't been running it - I'll try and get a few weekends out of it... should be good for 75-100 WU's per weekend.

badthad: Why not &quot;cheat&quot; like me? When I need to post quickly I just do a reply and enter asdf or something quick then hit reply. That assures my spot in the thread. Then I go back and edit it with what I wanted to say. That's how I beat rleach2 at the top of the thread! <-- That's so lame looking.
