Oh yeah thanks for the stats hellburner.

Blade, I think we'll get front page support before they catch us.

Yeah, I'm not really worried about them catching us, but boy I wish we were getting that kind of output.🙂 I know they don't do that on a regular basis but the last couple of days they have been doing pretty good.

My question is, why is Matrox outrecruiting us? And how? Hopefully we'll get that link soon so we can get some more traffic to all of the DC teams.

🙂 Thanks Hellburner! 🙂

Good output but not enough to beat Matrox... They are doing pretty well these days.

Thanks HB. 🙂

Hey guys, I really want to join...but I just recently reactivated my account with seti. The problem is that I don't remember my password so I can't join your group. Plus the email that I listed is no longer valid. =( Any idea how to get around this without starting a new seti account?

Then you might just want to create a new account, if you don't have access to the e-mail address that was used in the last one. I don't know of any way to switch a SETI e-mail address without either knowing the password, or having access to the old address. 🙁

Those 160wu would be a nice gift to the team if someone had an answer to getting the password. But we'd love to have you, even if you come empty handed.🙂

Contact your old isp and explain the situation. Perhaps they could forward
the password to you after you request it with the old address.

Or, write to the address and ask whomever answers if they could forward
the password to you.😉

I think this has worked a few times in the past.

I guess I could try, been racking my brain for the password. The was I thinking then?!? My old ISP is AOL so I wouldn't count on much help. I'll think of something. =)

How long ago did you cancel AOL? As far as I know, AOL holds all screen names for 6 months after the account is canceled, so you'd have a chance of getting it back? What was your screen name? Even if you canceled more than 6 months ago, there's a chance nobody has taken it. I have AOL, so if you can tell me your old screen name, I'll send a test e-mail and see if the SN is in use.

Anyway, if the name is still available, you could either try using one of the free 500 hour CDs to restart your AOL account for free, and then cancel it once you get the password. Or, you could sign up for the $5 a month plan, get the password, and then cancel it.

Oh, BTW, you won't remember the password. I'm almost positive SETI sends out custom passwords, like AnandTech does.
