Hey guys I just joined Team AT, and I had a couple of Q's.

The program uses spare comp cycles only right? and gives way to anything cpu intensive I may open like a movie or anything while its opening right? So it wont hinder my performance a lot just soak up the extra good stuff.

Another thing is what is a good cache size to set for yourself? I'm on an Athlon 2400+ oc'd 110% and 512 DDR.

Shouldn't hinder anything. Sometimes i'll notice a little lag on some games but for the most part there's no problem.
I'm guessing a 2400+ would do about 8 WU's a day, assuming it's on 24 hours. I'd set a cache of at least 3 days, so about 24 WU's.
