Well ,it didn't take ZF3361 long to zap past all of us!

I think I'm now out producing Polo ,but I think its too little too late.BTW it looks like I'll be getting my PII 333 24/7 added back to my herd ( when he swapped the 64Mb stick for a 128 stick it cured the BSOD problems ,looks like that RAM crapped out & not the OS!),I hope I get it back real soon.........

I'm not getting the PII 350 back yet though.

Oh yes : ,my PII 333 24/7 is now back online running SETI for me .That's an extra 2WU's/day .

BTW my fathers Athlon 700 is doing WU's in about 6.5hrs

I've just got back my PII 350 (now overclocked to 3.5x112 ,CAS2 with my help) at least for the duration of this race.It wont be 24/7 but I'd guess about 17/7 (waking hrs)

At one point, I had aspirations to catch and pass you, but it looks like my lackluster attention is going to cost me. Course, I just found out that I'll have like 3 more pIII 500's at work, that are not going to be used for a while, and I could get them cracking......

I forgot to mention ,my 366 is at 578MHz now ,& the Athlon 700 is temporary ,1 week more at best.After that it might be on enough to do a WU every other day (it's my fathers new PC).

BTW ,I think a Duron as part of the herd is a 1st for TA.I'll post when I have 5 or so WU's to get an average cpu time.

[update] ,one of my main workhorses the PII 333 has now been overclocked to 375 MHz

Looks like Polo will take the bronze

I think the next race should be to 1500 WU's ,2000 is just too far!

Lonely at the top, eh. So, are you gonna keep up your current output or is this just a growth spurt. I don't object to being in the next race but I'm at my maximum output for the forseeable future, so I'm probably not gonna be much competition. But thats not really the point, a good race makes the people being passed wake and start moving themselves. It seems like a lot of people in the vicinity of 900 or so started up or increased output as we gained on them.


I'm kinda thinking OC'd dualeron II. But I'm gonna wait until we see how the performance changes when we get the new clients.

congrats guys! I had high hopes going into it since 6, yes SIX people were going to get me to build some computers for them, but they backed out saying that they would rather save the money. I guess that's what I get for being totally honest and saying that $1200cdn won't get you a good computer. I had plans for some wicked computers that included monitor, tax, and my payment for ~$2000cdn! Oh well.

At least I am past 700WU's now!
