S.C. player appears to make a pretty good hit.

Michigan was given an incorrect first down on the immediately preceeding play.

This made hulk smash.

FWIW, Vincent Smith (Jadeveon Clowney's victim on this play) was the player who planted his helmet in Mr. Clowney's jewels in the first half.

Yeah, Rock Hill, SC REPRESENT!

Seriously though, we covered Clowney a lot while he was in high school. He's a pretty nice guy, usually really shy when the cameras were around. Glad to see he's still doing great!

ESPN Sports Center just referred to this hit as the opening of Jadeveon Clowney's 2013 Heisman campaign.

I'm a huge Michigan fan... And even I cheered at this play. Only because, as has been pointed out, it was sweet justice from the ref's botched measurement.

Wow. He looked like he laid out a pee wee football player. Then one hands the loose ball off the ground. He looked like a semi coming through there. The running back probably thought he ran into a semi as well. That was awesome.

It was a hit for the ages, and indeed sweet justice for the play before.

Props to Mr. Clowney. Dudes a beast.

Best hit of the year. I loved the fact that he just grabbed the loose ball one-handed. Great awareness.
