Ryzen 5 3600 (also with stock cooler) is about the same price now. Better buy.

I messed around with one of these a couple of years ago. It was underwhelming then, and would be worse now. Just as with 6/6 i5s, this CPU aged like milk.

Maybe take the Newegg listing with a grain of salt...

Even if it's a real listing, it's a garbage price. I got a half-dozen brand new 3500X's (32MB L3 cache) last summer for $60 each; they replaced some 1600's nicely.
